The 28-year-old actress is engaged to Jason Sudeikis, Wilde’s rep confirmed to Celebuzz on Saturday.
News of the engagement comes more than one year after the veteran Saturday Night Live player, 37 and the Butter star went public with their romance.
Wilde was previously married to filmmaker Tao Ruspoli. The couple finalized their divorce in last September after nearly eight years of marriage.
In October, Wilde gushed to USA Today about life with her comedian beau. The pair currently live together in downtown Manhattan with the actress’ dog Paco.
“I’ve been decorating our new apartment. That’s a lot of what I do, too. I’m so domestic,” she said.
“We have a cool new electronic drum kit. It’s a good life.”
And it’s only going to get better.

The On the Road star has been dragged through the mud since news broke of her cheating scandal with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director (Rupert Sanders) back in July. But in an interview with Newsweek, she publicly acknowledged the issue that she has kept quiet about for months.
“I apologize to everyone for making them so angry. It was not my intention,” Stewart continued.
The apology came this week as we stare down the New Year. Could it be that Stewart is ready to move on from all the bad press and turn over a new leaf?
It sure seems that way — and she’s taking it one step at a time.
“It’s a little annoying having to be so compartmentalized. I go from box to box to box. Like right now, this is so crazy ’cause we’re out at a restaurant,” she told the magazine. “But I’m going out a lot more now. I was starting to get closed off and self-conscious, and I’m trudging forth into the world more often.”
We’re rooting for you, KStew! Hopefully this year will be a fresh start for the 22-year-old actress. After all, she and once-wounded beau Robert Pattinson seem to have patched things up.

Blake Livelyshowed off her gorgeous gams in a bedazzled red number in New York City. The Gossip Girl star was one of many celebrities on hand for the 12-12-12 Concert for Sandy Relief concert, held at Madison Square Garden.
Meanwhile on the west coast, Reese Witherspoon rocked a cute red print dress and suede boots as she headed out to lunch in Brentwood, Calif. The 36-year-old actress, who gave birth to her third child in September, recently told EXTRA that she’s working on her getting her pre-baby figure back.
“I don’t know if I’m bouncing back. I’m slowly crawling back,” she said.
“You just have to be gentle and patient with yourself . . . and slowly get back to your health.
Heather Locklear was also a vision in red, arriving to the L.A. premiere of This is 40 in a stylish ensemble that included knee high boots and a black leather jacket. The former Melrose Place star was joined by her teenage daughter Ava Elizabeth, who donned a little black dress for the red carpet affair.

Olivia Wilde sure knows how to make a heart melt — including that of her dog Paco.
On Saturday, the 28-year-old actress and her furry friend took advantage of the New York sunshine and ventured off for a walk and coffee run.
The pair headed off to Blue Bottle Coffee Co. in Manhattan, and at one point, Paco had to stay outside as his owner ordered a cup of Joe for herself.
From Wilde to Miley Cyrus, Carrie Underwood to Mariah Carey, celebrities love hanging out with their pets, and some have even taken to Twitter to share the love.

This week’s style motto: “Great minds think alike.” That, or middle school-style matching is making a comeback.
At an X Factor finalists party on Monday night, Khloe Kardashian proved she’s already in sync with the show’s judges, donning a nearly identical LBD to that worn by Britney Spearsand sporting a bright red pout likeDemi Lovato‘s.
But the ladies of the X Factor weren’t the only celebs playing the matching game this week. On the other end of the style spectrum, Olivia Wilde and Julianne Moore were a couple of fashion copycats in ethereal white dresses.
So who won this week’s style showdowns? We’re breaking down the matchy-matchy celeb styles — and then it’s your turn to weigh in.
Kicking off our style showdown: the X Factor fashion faceoff, with Kardashian and Spears in matching LBDs and Kardashian and Lovato in coordinating crimson pouts.
Kardashian showed off her svelte new figure in a long-sleeve black mini dress by Skaist Taylor. The reality star amped up the simple LBD with sleek accessories, including drop earrings from BaubleBar and shiny, pointy-toed pumps.
While Spears’ LBD was so similar to Kardashian’s that we did a double take, there were a few notable differences in the X Factor stars’ looks. Spears opted for a ruched style with a slightly longer knee-length hemline and exposed zippers on the sides. Like Kardashian, Spears kept it simple, nixing the jewelry and coordinating her footwear to her dress in black strappy sandals.
Though both stars sizzled in the similar sexy styles, the knee-length hemline of Spears’ LBD truncated the pop star’s frame, while Kardashian’s shorter hemline made her long legs appear even longer for an overall slimming effect.
Kardashian’s on-trend red lips also won our vote over Spears’ nude lips. But Lovato and Kardashian prove that red lips really are the new neutral — looking equally as chic when contrasted against Kardashian’s all-black ensemble and when coordinated with Lovato’s red dress.
Now, to the site of Monday’s other style showdown, the Ace Awards in New York City, where Wilde and Moore matched in belted white ladylike looks.
Wearing Calvin Klein, Wilde looked incredibly chic in a belted peplum style. Also in Calvin Klein, Moore, too, sported a shiny white below-the-knee style with a skinny black belt, causing us to wonder if the two stars called each other to coordinate beforehand.
This red carpet battle was almost too chic to call. We loved both stars’ chic belted LWDs, as well as how they each chose the most flattering style for their shape and age. But Wilde’s black snakeskin clutch and black pumps, both by Vince Camuto, which coordinated with the dress’ built-in belt, helped her to narrowly beat her chic competition. While Moore’s off-the-shoulder sheath exuded sophisticated elegance, her platform sandals and white chain clutch felt out-of place.

Tron: Legacy star Olivia Wilde disclosed some very personal information at Monday’s These Girls — a night filled with monologues hosted by Glamour magazine.
Based off of her tweets from Tuesday night, the 28-year-old actress may not have spilled all those mushy details if she knew they were going to be etched in stone.
The “These Girls” monologues at Joe’s Pub were not meant for publication, and, in context, were a celebration of LOVE, girls, and honesty.
In a statement released by Vulture, Wilde confessed to the audience, “I felt like my vagina died,” adding, “Turned off. Lights out . . . you can lie to your relatives at Christmas dinner and tell them everything on the home front is just peachy. But you cannot lie to your vagina.”
Her comments were thought to be of relevance to her previous marriage with Italian prince Tao Ruspoli and their failed marriage of eight years, especially since she was also reportedly discussed how her body was affected by the decision to split.
Wilde reminisced to the star-studded audience about her conscious choice to cut the cord with her ex in March of 2011. She recalled that her lady part stared up at her and said “Oh, you think?”
