Olivia Wilde is officially off the market!

The 28-year-old actress is engaged to Jason Sudeikis, Wilde’s rep confirmed to Celebuzz on Saturday.

News of the engagement comes more than one year after the veteran Saturday Night Live player, 37 and the Butter star went public with their romance.

Wilde was previously married to filmmaker Tao Ruspoli. The couple finalized their divorce in last September after nearly eight years of marriage.

In October, Wilde gushed to USA Today about life with her comedian beau. The pair currently live together in downtown Manhattan with the actress’ dog Paco.

“I’ve been decorating our new apartment. That’s a lot of what I do, too. I’m so domestic,” she said.

“We have a cool new electronic drum kit. It’s a good life.”

And it’s only going to get better.

Ah, the look of love.

Olivia Wilde and beau Jason Sudeikis were picture perfect when the pair attended a museum benefit in New York City on Thursday.

The 28-year-old actress looked gorgeous in a black lace gown while Saturday Night Live‘s Sudeikis, 37, suited up for the black tie affair.

The couple were among some big names for the gala, which benefited the American Museum of Natural History.

Election 2012: A History of ‘Saturday Night Live’ Presidents (GALLERY)

As Barack Obama and Mitt Romney gear up for Tuesday’s big election day, Celebuzz is taking a trip down political memory lane — by way of Saturday Night Live.

This September, when SNL kicked off its 38th season, President Obama had a new “face.” After four seasons of long pauses and hand gestures, Fred Armisen had passed the Obama torch to Jay Pharoah, whose young SNL resume has included portraying Jay-ZDenzel Washington and Eddie Murphy. And so far, Pharoah has delivered.

In honor of the 2012 presidential election, here’s a look back at some of the commander-in-chiefs that have been featured on SNL.

When George W. Bush was in office for two terms, he had many, many faces on the NBC show, thanks to the talents of Jason Sudeikis, Darrell Hammond, Chris Parnell and Will Ferrell.

Last season, when Ferrell returned to the show as host, the actor put on his Bush hat again for the cold opening, opposite Sudeikis’ Joe Biden (which has since become a fan favorite).

For more than three decades, SNL audiences have been treated to a smorgasbord of political satire, which has included arguably some of the best performances the show has ever seen.

Do you have a favorite ‘Saturday Night Live’ president or performance? Check out the gallery, above, and share your thoughts below!

Stay tuned to Celebuzz for continued coverage of the 2012 Election.

Olivia Wilde Talks About Her Sex Life and Being ‘Blissfully, Hopefully, Wildly in Love’ With Jason Sudeikis

How can Olivia Wilde tell if she’s in love? Apparently, her body does all the talking.

The Tron actress revealed at Tuesday’s These Girls — a night filled with monologues hosted by Glamour magazine — that she should have listened to something other than her head when her previous marriage to Italian prince Tao Ruspoli seemed like it was dwindling after eight years.

“I felt like my vagina died,” she confessed to Vulture. “Turned off. Lights out . . . you can lie to your relatives at Christmas dinner and tell them everything on the home front is just peachy. But you cannot lie to your vagina.”

How does she feel now after dating Jason Sudeikis?

The Butter star is “blissfully, hopefully, wildly in love” with her Saturday Night Live boyfriend of nine months, and even gushed about how they “have sex like Kenyan marathon runners.”

Of the past, Wilde said, “There’s no reason to sacrifice your womanhood and femininity for some sort of weird feeling of responsibility to something that may not be right. I feel like far too many women do that.”

“Sometimes your vagina dies. Then you know it’s time to go.”

And look where the actress is now — head over heels with her funnyman boyfriend, 38.  And it isn’t one-sided — Sudeikis was spotted in the crowd, devouring every word Wilde had to say.

The couple share a pad in New York City.

What do you think of Wilde’s love confessions? Weigh in below.

Olivia Wilde Flaunts Killer Figure in Little Black Dress: Look of the Day (PHOTOS)

With a figure like that, who would want to cover it up? Olivia Wilde strutted her stuff in a skin-tight little black dress for an appearance on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Wednesday.

The Butter actress showed off her enviable figure without showing much skin at all and left show-goers ogling the silver screen star.

Why did Wilde’s ensemble make Celebuzz’s Look of the Day?

Wilde, 28, paired her dress with matching cherry red accessories to give the black the perfect pop it needed. Her skinny belt cinched in her waist (not that she needed the help), and her pointy pumps put an excellent finishing touch on this sophisticated look.

Wilde’s smoky eyes turned up the heat on this already-smouldering ensemble, while her simple chignon helped to frame her face.

Wilde’s boyfriend, Jason Sudeikis, 37, wasn’t on hand to take in his gorgeous girlfriend’s sexy outfit, but we’re positive he’d offer his seal of approval.

What do you like about Wilde’s look? Tell us in the comments section below.

Meet ‘Saturday Night Live’s’ New Cast Members: Aidy Bryant, Tom Robinson, and Cecily Strong

If there’s one lesson Saturday Night Live fans have learned over the years, it’s that none of your favorite funny folk are irreplaceable. Sooner or later, everyone moves on, and hungry newbies come in to replace them.

So it is with the 38th season, which kicks off this weekend with three new warm bodies filling the void left by the departures of longtime SNL favorites Kristen Wiig, Andy Samberg, and Abby Elliott. NBC has confirmed that the new cast members, all hailing from the world of Chicago improv comedy that has sustained the show since 1975, are Aidy Bryant, Tom Robinson, and Cecily Strong.

Comedy professionals’ website The Comic’s Comic broke the news of Bryant and Robinson’s hiring on Friday and Strong’s hiring on Monday. NBC then confirmed that all three will join the cast as “featured players,” the junior-level cast members who tend to get less sketch time until they prove themselves.

Learn more about the SNL newcomers and watch clips of them in action, below.

SNL has a long history of roly-poly male comics, from John Belushi and Chris Farley to current players Kenan Thompson and Bobby Moynihan, but more than one observer has noted that Bryant will be the show’s first ever plus-sized female star. (Which is sort of a backhanded compliment to Rachel Dratch.) Bryant hails from Phoenix. In Chicago, she worked at Second City (a source of SNL comics since the days of Belushi and Bill Murray) and with such improv groups as Baby Wants Candy and Annoyance, where she performed with current SNL player Vanessa Bayer.

Robinson, who is from Detroit, also worked with Second City, both in Detroit and Chicago. He’s appeared in two TV sitcom pilots: My Mans, which Comedy Central declined to pick up, and Friend Me, with Christopher Mintz-Plasse, which CBS has picked up for mid-season. Since it’s a show about far-flung friends who stay in touch via social networking, it’s possible that Robinson will be able to work on both Friend Me and SNL simultaneously.

Strong is from Oak Park, Illiinois. In addition to Second City, she worked alongside Bryant in the group Virgin Daiquiri at Chicago’s Improv Olympics.

The three newcomers answer the question that has plagued fans all summer since Wiig and Samberg announced their departures at the end of last season. In mid-summer, Elliott announced that she, too, was leaving. Meanwhile, Jason Sudeikis seemed on the fence all summer. He may stick around this season, at least until the election (which will determine whether or not he can spend four more years playing Mitt Romney), or he may already have left; neither NBC nor Sudeikis has said what the comic’s plans are.

Saturday Night Live begins its 38th season on Sept. 15 at 11:30 PM ET. Hosting will be Family Guy’s Seth MacFarlane, with musical guest Frank Ocean.
