They’re rich, famous, good-looking, talented — and, most importantly, single!
While George Clooneyand Leonardo DiCaprio have famously embraced bachelorhood over the years, a new crop of unattached celebs have made their claim to foot-loose-and-fancy-free fame.
From Zac Efron to Michael Fassbender, Hollywood’s most desirable bachelors reigned supreme in 2012.
Although the majority of these stars kept busy with work, a few notoriously ruled the rumor mill as they found a little downtime to play the field. Yup, we’re looking at you, Johnny Depp.
Now that Gossip Girl has officially bid adieu to the airwaves, will Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick find time to return to the dating scene? Only time will tell in 2013!

The end of an era will take place Monday night as The CW’s Gossip Girl airs its final episode.
Over the past six seasons, Gossip Girl has given us our fair share of amazing fashions and scandalous hookups. And on Monday’s episode, it seems that Blair (Leighton Meester) and Chuck (Ed Westwick) will make the big leap into marriage. With drama, of course.
But before Blair and Chuck make it official, Celebuzz is looking back at our favorite Upper East Siders and Brooklynites and their incestuous ways since the pilot.
Whether it’s Blair with Chuck, Nate (Chace Crawford) or Dan (Penn Bagdley), or Serena (Blake Lively) with Nate or Dan – fans are hard pressed to find a main character that hasn’t slept with at least two others on the sexy show. Gossip Girl hookups have been documented extensively and filming locations blasted all over the internet. But now, we have come up with a combination of the two – A Walking Tour of Gossip Girl Hookups.
Of course, we can’t document where every hookup has been that’s taken place on the show – that would take years – but we’re giving you the details as to where our major players have gotten down and dirty, at least once.
1. Nate and Lady Catherine – The Hudson Hotel (356 W. 56th St.) 2. Chuck and Raina — The Empire (44 West 63rd St.) 3. Nate and Raina – The Empire (44 West 63rd St.) 4. Dan and Blair — Hotel (unknown location) 5. Chuck and Blair – A limo on the Upper East Side 6. Nate and Diana – The Archibald Townhouse (4 E 74th St.) 7. Dan and Georgina – Humphrey Loft 455 Water St.
Looks who’s finally getting married — it’s Chuck and Blair!
In the series finale, “New York, I Love You XOXO”, the stars and executive producers bid farewell to the Upper East Side in a look back at the show’s many unforgettable moments.
Then, in a fashionable farewell to remember, our favorite Upper East Siders join forces for one last soiree, and the shocking identity of Gossip Girl is finally revealed.
In “Save The Last Chance,” Serena (Lively) and Dan (Penn Badgley) realize that they need to make amends with the people they have wronged while Blair (Meester) has one last chance to prove to her mother her worth as a fashion designer and with Serena’s help, comes up with a plan to make her line the “it” look for Sage (Sofia Black-D’Elia) and her friends.
Meanwhile, Chuck (Ed Westwick) is close to getting the evidence he needs against his father, untilone of his closest allies reveals his plan to Bart (Robert John Burke).

The Gossip Girl actor, 25, is obsessed with nature and loves nothing more than spending his summers sowing seeds in the ground — because the experience is so “humble”.
In a recent interview, Westwick said: “I just love planting flowers during the summer. There’s something very humble about it, and natural and beautiful. We’re a more beautiful species in the summer – everyone comes out looking gorgeous and girls put on nice dresses.”
However, despite his genteel hobby, the handsome star likes to think of himself as a rock star as his most rock ‘n’ roll habits include blasting loud music to annoy his neighbours and shredding his own T-shirts to show off his manly chest.
He told more! magazine in Britain: “I’m a showman. I wouldn’t say I’m a rock star, though… all right, in my dream world, I am. I annoy my neighbours in my apartment building by blaring music out at 4 o’clock in the morning. I rip my T-shirt. I’m into the whole showing a bit of chest hair thing.”

The last time The CW’s Gossip Girl did something horse related it was the Season 3 premiere at the Polo Match. That time, there was Carter Baizen (Sebastian Stan) sex, stolen horses, Nacho Figueras, Blair (Leighton Meester) and Chuck (Ed Westwick) actually sleeping together, a fun Humphrey, and Rufus (Matthew Settle) and Lily’s (Kelly Rutherford) undercover lovechild. Needless to say, you shouldn’t rerun a story idea if you’re not going to do it better than it was done the first time.
In this week’s duller than dull episode of Gossip Girl, Blair decided to distract from her disastrous fashion debut by helping her sorta but not really boyfriend – Chuck.
Note: Spoilers ahead if you haven’t watched Monday’s episode, “Portrait of a Lady Alexander.”
The king and queen of scheming found out that Lady Alexander was actually a horse Bart (Robert Burke) purchased. After some digging and Blair referring to Bart’s Sudanese friend’s daughter as “Princess Jasmine,” we got a big clue. To think that all Blair really had to do to get her way was plead an honest case.
Alas, one useful thing did arise from the horse show, we’re now on the path to finding out why Bart Bass really faked his death. Buying foreign oil from a country that the US has an embargo on – tsk, tsk – Bart’s been a bad boy. But was Bart’s secret all you hoped it would be? Will Chuck really be able to take him down with this information?
Next time Bart asks Lily (Kelly Rutherford) to cut off contact with his son, he should remember that before he faked his death he arranged for Lily to adopt Chuck. If only Lily could wake up and smell the roses and go back to Rufus (Matthew Settle) before Ivy (Kaylee DeFer) completely swindles him and he crosses over to the dark side like his son. Is there any way Rufus could really believe Ivy is that pure of heart? He’s not new to the world of Upper East Side backstabbing and scandal. I’m not buying it.
Meanwhile, Dan (Penn Badgley) has been enjoying his “literary celebrity” by sleeping with fans and screwing Nate (Chace Crawford) over even worse than last week by publishing the Nate chapter of his book. If Nate was that upset over his chapter, I can only imagine how awful everyone else’s must be. But really, shouldn’t Nate be happy he was even included in the sequel?
Speaking of Nate, why does Bart want to buy The Spectator so desparately? And why would Nate attempt to sabotage Lily who has always been dear to him? At least there was less of his girlfriend Sage this week. She’s cute but she is hogging too much screentime considering there are only six episodes of Gossip Girl left!
There are so many questions from Monday’s episode, least of all how Matt Camden (Barry Watson) from 7th Heaven, I mean Steven Spence, bagged Kate Upton. The “Cat Daddy” video he was referring to can be seen here. You do the math. Then again, he is dating the gorgeous Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) so maybe he has a lot of game.
A question for Serena, how do you go back to dating your boyfriend after you find out that he slept with your mother back in the day? Awkward alert! I’m guessing once Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) releases the Serena/Dan sex tape she got her hands on, it won’t really matter who Steven slept with anymore.
Do you guys think Dan can really still blame Serena for seducing him? Sure she shouldn’t have filmed their tryst to sabotage his relationship with Blair, but Blair went back to Chuck all on her own accord. And if I recall correctly, there were two people screwing atop the bar at The Campbell Apartment.
In next week’s episode “Monstrous Ball,” After Eleanor (Margaret Colin) gives Blair (Meester) an ultimatum, Blair is even more determined to remedy Waldorf Designs’ problems by making a splash with a dress at the upcoming Cotillion, but a shocking revelation at the ball affects everyone.
Serena (Blake Lively) becomes worried about Steven’s (Barry Watson) attitude toward her, but after some investigating she discovers the surprising reason why.
Meanwhile, Dan (Penn Badgley) publishes another article, but the effect is just the opposite of what he was hoping for.
“Monstrous Ball” airs Monday, November 12th @ 9PM ET/PT on the CW. 10+ pics inside…
