Sister of Bullying Victim Wants Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne to End their Bitter Feud (EXCLUSIVE)

Kelly Osbourne and Lady Gaga with Carl-Joseph-Walker-Hoover.

The sister of Carl Joseph Walker Hoover wants Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne to end their bitter social media feud and to educate their fans instead.

Dominique Walker, 19, whose 11-year-old brother Carl hanged himself in 2009 because school bullies taunted him with anti-gay slurs, wants the bickering stars “to be more responsible and set an example.”

“They have to realize that they are both really powerful and can start a firestorm on social media with their millions of fans with just one comment,” Dominique told Celebuzz.

As reported by Celebuzz, the two superstars are involved in a bitter internet stand-off after Sharon Osbourne came to her daughter’s defense writing a critical open letter on her Facebook page that was prompted when the singer’s fans became abusive towards the Fashion Police co-host.

The Osbourne matriarch demanded that Gaga instruct her millions of followers, known as “Little Monsters,” to stop sending death threats and threatening messages to Kelly after she had commented on the singer’s weight, saying “I think she’s pregnant” on a UK talk show.

Gaga responded with a post on her LittleMonsters.com blog criticizing her work on E!, which further stoked the protests against Kelly.

But Dominique, who’s a sophomore at Bennett College in Greensboro, NC, believes that both women are sending mixed messages to their fans and potentially alienating young people who are being bullied.

“I actually like both Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne, but my family knows how difficult it can be to lose somebody you love through bullying after my brother’s death in 2009, ” she said.

“We miss Carl each day and the saddest part was that we did not get to see him fulfill his potential as he was really smart and ambitious,” she added. “Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne have tremendous power and that comes with a lot of responsibility as they are actually role models for a lot of people via social media.

“They have both had their own issues over the years and I just hope that they can put their differences aside and send out positive and educational messages to young people instead.”

Their infamous dispute dates back to 2009 after Osbourne reportedly called Gaga a “butterface” and at last year’s Grammy Awards she deemed her “disrespectful” for not walking the red carpet.

And in October she slammed the Mother Monster’s fans in an interview with Fabulous Magazine by saying: “Lady Gaga’s fans are the worst  – they’ve said I should kill myself, that they hope I get raped. I mean it’s crazy, but I’ve had this all my life and I just try and ignore it.”

Lady Gaga established The Born This Way Foundation with her mother Cynthia Germanotta in 2011 to fight bullying and to create a “braver, kinder world” for youths.

Britney Spears Splits from Fiance Jason Trawick (REPORT)

Britney Spears And Jason Trawick

UPDATE 5:05 PM:  Britney Spears and Jason Trawick confirmed their break-up with PEOPLE: “Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have mutually agreed to end their one-year engagement,” her rep Jeff Raymond told the magazine. “As two mature adults, they came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends.”

Spears and Trawick also released their own statements: ”Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement,” Spears said. “I’ll always adore him and we will remain great friends.”

Trawick added: “As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever.”

Britney Spears has split with her fiancé Jason Trawick.

TMZ is reporting that the couple have called time on their relationship since getting engaged in December 2011.

Trawick, who used to be the singer’s agent, acted as co-conservator of her assets along with the singer’s father Jamie Spears.

Lawyers for the pop star are in a Los Angeles court today to discuss the status of her conservatorship, which could now result in Trawick withdrawing his interest.

It has been a dramatic week for the Princess of Pop who also confirmed today that she won’t be returning for a second season on The X Factor, Celebuzz previously reported.

“I’ve made the very difficult decision not to return for another season,” Spears said in a statement obtained by Celebuzz. “I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens, but it’s time for me to get back in the studio.”

According to the website’s report, the couple remain friends and decided to call it quits because “they had grown apart.”

The 31-year-old mother of two started dating Trawick, 40, after her divorce in 2007 from ex-husband Kevin Federline.

A rep for Spears did not return a request for comment.

Bethenny Frankel Will Thrash-Out Peaceful Divorce, Says Famed Lawyer

Bethenny Frankel, Bryn and Daddy Jason Hoppy Stroll Through NY Bethenny Frankel, Bryn and Daddy Jason Hoppy Stroll Through NY Bethenny Frankel, Bryn and Daddy Jason Hoppy Stroll Through NY Bethenny Frankel, Bryn and Daddy Jason Hoppy Stroll Through NY Bethenny Frankel, Bryn and Daddy Jason Hoppy Stroll Through NY Bethenny Frankel, Bryn and Daddy Jason Hoppy Stroll Through NY Bethenny Frankel, Bryn and Daddy Jason Hoppy Stroll Through NY

Bethenny Frankel will offer her soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy a “chunk of change” to avoid a drawn out divorce battle, according to a famed legal eagle.

Raoul Felder, who has been called the ‘Duke of Divorce’, said the talk-show host and entrepreneur will also bow to Hoppy’s demands for “appropriate custody and visitation rights.”

“Bethenny Frankel is a super smart business woman,” said Felder, who over 30 years has represented such clients as Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Mike Tyson, Elizabeth Taylor, the wives of Patrick Ewing and writer Tom Clancy, as well as model Stephanie Seymour. He is not representing Frankel, 42.

In court papers filed in New York, the ex-Real Housewives of New York star sought primary physical custody of their two-year-old daughter, Bryn, as well as claiming child support and medical expenses against husband of two years, Hoppy.

But Felder said he saw nothing suspicious in Frankel’s initial move.

“There was nothing unusual here as she was claiming everything (in a bid) to protect herself,” he said.

“But things will change as the divorce progresses.”

He added, “I understand they had a pre-nuptial agreement but Bethenny Frankel is very shrewd and she will not want to run up huge attorney’s fees and court costs in a protracted divorce.

“She will try and thrash-out an amicable deal and end this marriage in a quick and clean fashion.”

Frankel — said to be worth more than $100 million — shed tears when she appeared on Ellen DeGenereson Wednesday to talk about the breakdown of her marriage.

The Bravo star admitted that being a reality star offered a false sense of her life and that she “felt like a failure” because the marriage did not work out.

“I really put it out there. I wanted the fairytale. I thought I had it,” she told the talk show host.

Hard-bitten attorney Felder did not fully buy into Frankel’s chat show tears, however.

“Look, I think the real time to cry is behind closed doors,” said the renowned attorney, whose latest book is entitled Reflections in a Mirror: Of Love, Loss, Death and Divorce.

“She was obviously unhappy in her marriage and called time on that and is now moving on the best way she can.”

Family of Dead Paparazzo Speak Out: ‘We Don’t Blame Bieber’ (EXCLUSIVE)

Chris Guerra and Justin Bieber

The family of photographer Christopher James Guerra, who died trying to get a photo of Justin Bieber, do not blame the pop star for his death.

In their first interview, the sister of the freelancer paparazzo, speaking on behalf of the family, said they wanted their much loved son and brother to be remembered as someone who was “respectful” of the celebrities he photographed.

“We are a close family who are having to deal with a tragic event; we are trying to heal from this,” Chantel Brown told Celebuzz.

“It was upsetting when we read reports that Justin felt ‘harassed and stalked’ by my brother because he was just not that kind of person, if anything he was respectful of celebrities.

“On a previous occasion he actually helped Justin after he got lost in Los Angeles. Chris helped him get back to his hotel.

“Chris loved his work and got on well with people; the singer Drake even asked Chris to start taking photographs of him because he really liked him.”

In the wake of the incident, Bieber issued a statement saying that “hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation.”

Despite the apparent blame game, Chantel Brown said the family does not hold any ill will toward Bieber, 18.

“We are not upset with Justin Bieber,” she said.

Chantel added neither Bieber, or anyone from his entourage or team, had reached out to the family, however.

On New Year’s Day, Guerra had pulled over on L.A.’s busy Sepulveda Boulevard near the Getty Center Drive exit of the 405 Freeway to photograph a traffic stop involving a Ferrari registered to Bieber, police said.

He was crossing Sepulveda heading east, away from the traffic stop, when he was hit by a 2007 Toyota Highlander that was traveling in the opposite direction.

Guerra will be buried today (Thursday) at a private funeral in Modesto, Calif.

There, Chantel said, the enthusiastic photographer will be remembered as someone who fell into the industry in Hollywood by chance. He first got interested in the media after he worked as a paperboy on his local paper, The Modesto Bee.

Years later, Guerra started to mix with celebrities and photographers while working at upscale Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas.

He then decided to move to Los Angeles and work alongside a friend, who was already working in the business.

Chantel said she last spent time with her brother at an autograph convention in Modesto last November, where he declared how “happy” he was with his life.

“I want people to know that my brother was a caring and loving person and that his friends and family miss him so much,” she said.

“I can still hear him saying his favorite phrase ‘It’s Golden’, it’s Golden’ – I just cannot believe that he is gone.”

“Our family has been inundated with messages of support from a lot of different people since Chris’ death and we would like to thank them for that.”

Guerra’s friends raised over $4000 to help cover funeral arrangements and the family has designed a special t-shirt to honor him –incorporating the image of a “paparazzi style angel,” Chantel said.

Justin Bieber’s BFF Lil Twist Has Been ‘Changed by Fame,’ Says Family Friend (EXCLUSIVE)

Lil Twist and Justin Bieber

The rapper being labelled a bad influence on Justin Bieber has let fame “go to his head,” according to a longtime family friend.

Lil Twist – whose real name is Christopher Moore – has hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons, appearing alongside Bieber, 18, in two online photos that show him holding a suspicious cigarette and sharing a drink with his pal.

“It is sad because he used to be such a nice quiet boy; I guess money and fame have gone to his head and changed him,” Pearl Winters, a family friend from Twist’s hometown of Dallas, told Celebuzz.

The 19-year-old was inside Bieber’s Newport Beach, Calif. hotel room when he was snapped smoking what looked to be a lot like a marijuana cigarette.

The incident happened less than 24 hours after paparazzi, Chris Guerra, was killed when he tried to take a photograph of the pop star’s white Ferrari.

Guerra, 29, was said to have thought Bieber was driving; instead, it was Twist who was driving the high-powered sports car.

Bieber and the rapper — who has “Sex, Drugs & Rock ‘n Roll” scrawled repeatedly on his Twitter page with him covered in a smoke haze — have been friends for years.

“Lil Twist is my homey and we’re working on stuff for fun,” Bieber told MTV News in 2010.

But after recent events, some Bieber fans are questioning whether the rapper is a bad influence on the singer.

On Jan. 1, the rapper posted a photo on Facebook and Twitter of himself, standing next to Bieber while pouring what appeared to be champagne into two glasses.

Following the missive, one fan wrote on Twitter: “I hate you! You give bad influence to @justinbieber! Just stay away from him.”

Winters, a family friend, said she remembered Twist not as a bad influence, instead as a “respectful and shy boy” who was teased by other kids because of his height.

“He comes from a good family and wasn’t a bad boy who ran around in gangs or anything like that,” she said.

“Christopher liked music and rapping and he was very talented – his grandmother phoned me and told me when he was going to appear on television when his career took off.

“I just hope that he does not make anymore bad decisions because the person I knew was not a bad kid.”

White House Bans Paparazzi Images of Sasha and Malia Obama on Hawaiian Beach (EXCLUSIVE)

A paparazzo who took photographs of the daughters of President Barack Obama walking along a Hawaiian beach last week made a big mistake — at least, in the eyes of the Oval Office.

Because as soon as the images of Sasha and Malia were sent out to news outlets around the world, the photographer received an official letter from the White House telling him to immediately stop their release, Celebuzz has exclusively learned.

Ironically, the man was waiting for pregnant Hollywood star Jessica Simpson to leave her Kailua Beach retreat in Honolulu County when the Presidential sisters, vacationing with their famous parents in an adjacent property since Dec. 21, came walking-by.

“After he took the photographs, agents from the United States Secret Service came over and asked him for identification,” according to a source who insisted on anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly. Celebuzz has chosen not to name the photographer.

“They were nice enough to him and didn’t seize his camera equipment.

“But when he sent the photographs out via the agency’s wire, he received a letter, on a White House letterhead, requesting that the images not be released.”

The letter was from the White House Press Office, the source added.

“It stated that Sasha and Malia’s privacy should be maintained as they were on a private holiday,” the insider told Celebuzz.

“The letter said that other media had been respecting these requirements.”

President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama are known to be very protective of Malia, 14 and Sasha, 11, previously demanding that the media respect their privacy unless they are attending a public or pre-arranged event.

The Obamas returned to Washington on Sunday after their annual end-of-year visit to the President’s native state.

The family was staying at a 7000 sq ft rental home in the upscale Kailua area that boasts five bedrooms, a media room and a secluded lagoon style pool with tropical waterfalls and a spa.

The President — who spent eight years at Punahou School in Hawaii before he graduated — has his vacation disrupted just after Christmas when he was forced to return to the capital to help broker a solution on the fiscal cliff crisis.

He returned to Hawaii less than an hour after Congress and the White House resolved the fiscal cliff, at the eleventh hour.

Obama boarded Air Force One on Jan. 1 to return to his planned holiday vacation and later reunited with his wife and daughters, who have been vacationing there since just before Christmas.

The president began his family holiday — his first extended personal time outside of Washington since the presidential campaign.
