Tina Fey in Talks to Star in New ‘Muppet’ Movie

It looks like Tina Fey is going from 30 Rock to the world of Muppets. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Emmy-winning actress is in talks to star in Disney’s upcoming sequel to 2011′s The Muppets. Tina, who is hosting Sunday’s Golden Globes Awards on NBC, would be joining controversial British comedian Ricky Gervais as one of the “human” leads in the flick. Also, Modern Family‘s Ty Burrell has a role in the film as a “lazy Interpol inspector.”

The film would be a sequel to Jason Segel‘s comedic-musical reboot The Muppets, and though not too much is known, this time the Muppet gang would find themselves getting into some misadventures in Europe. If Tina does in fact join the cast, she’ll star as a Russian prison guard. James Bobin, who directed The Muppets, is back for this film as well, with the film apparently beginning production in London this month. Though IMDB says the movie release date is set for some time in 2013, it’s seems more than likely that the film will hit the big screen some time in 2014.

In addition to her hosting duties for the 70th annual Golden Globe Awards this Sunday (with her former Saturday Night Live co-star Amy Poehler), the series finale of 30 Rock is set to air on January 31, and she has a new movie with Paul Rudd and Nat Wolff titled Admission, hitting theaters on March 8. In Admission, Tina stars as a college admissions officer who is up for a big promotion, and ends up meeting a teenager (Nat), who might be the son she gave up for adoption while she was in college.

First Round of Grammy Awards Performers Announced: Rihanna, Taylor Swift and More

Taylor Swift and Rihanna are ready to rock the Grammy Awards. The first round of performers for music’s biggest night have been announced, and some of music’s hottest acts are among the line up. In addition to the country cutie and the “Diamonds” singer, British folk group Mumford and Sons will take the stage, as well as “Some Nights” crooners fun. The 55th annual Grammy Awards will air live from L.A.’s Staples Center on February 10. Changing things up a bit from previous years where there has been no host, NCIS: Los Angeles star LL Cool J will helm the night’s festivities.

Though many more performers will no doubt be announced, this is the first crop of confirmed acts. Each artist or group announced has a varying number of nominations, as Taylor and Rihanna were both nominated for three awards, while Mumford and Sons snagged six nominations.

This won’t be the first time Rihanna has taken the stage at the Grammy Awards. In 2011, Rihanna performed “What’s My Name,” and in 2012, she performed “We Found Love.” Taylor is no stranger to Grammy Awards performances either, as she sang “Mean” in 2012.

In addition to their multiple Grammy performances, both Rihanna and Taylor already have their fair share of Grammy Awards as well. Taylor has won six over the last five years, while Rihanna has earned herself five Grammy statues.

Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Split For Good: Report

It looks like this on-again, off-again couple is once again off. US Weekly is reporting that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have broken up for good. There were reports of a split between the power couple back in November, but they were seen together and reunited quickly after that.

Apparently, the two jetted off to Mexico for a romantic New Year’s Eve, but they had a blow out fight which led them to both leave early, on December 30. Their source said, ”They had another huge fight, and Selena won’t forgive him,” adding, “He’s been really down about the breakup.” One reason behind the split, their source claims, is that he’s a bit of a ”bad influence.” Photos of Justin smoking what appears to be marijuana surfaced over the weekend, just after the alleged break up.

Another indication of a split is the fact that the two spent NYE separately. Selena spent the evening at a house party in L.A. with some friends, while Justin’s NYE was spent with rapper Lil Twist at a L.A. night club called Couture. There were also reports that Justin was seen flirting with multiple girls throughout the evening. Coincidentally  Lil Twist was the person driving Justin’s Ferrari when a paparazzo was killed in pursuit of the vehicle on New Year’s Day.

While a reunion between the couple remains to be seen, there is some good news in Justin’s world — Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that the “Beauty and a Beat” singer will not only host, but perform on Saturday Night Live‘s February 9 episode.

Well this is certainly a mash up we weren’t expecting! In the wake of Taylor Swift‘s reported split from One Direction‘s Harry Styles, a mash up of her tune “We Are Never Getting Back Together” and Jackson 5′s iconic song “I Want You Back,” was born. While one would think that the poppy tunes wouldn’t necessarily sound that good together, this definitely has our heads bopping! Also, how amazing is the fact that it’s called “Never Want You Back”? Maybe that’s how she’s feeling about Harry right about now? Hard to tell, since this vid definitely was not made by Taylor. But, we can enjoy it nonetheless, right? Listen to it for yourself above!

It’s been a busy few weeks for Joey Graceffa! Not only did he interview Chris Colfer and Sarah Hyland about their new movie Struck By Lighting, but he also got to chat with the cast of Warm Bodies! That’s right, Joey sat down with the handsome Nicholas Hoult and the gorgeous Teresa Palmer to talk all about their new zombie rom-com that’s out on February 1. Since the movie is a love story set during a zombie apocalypse, Joey started off the interview by offering the stars some “brain” candy — and they loved it! The co-stars also talk about their experience of making the film, some of their favorite memories, as well as what it was like hiding their accents (Teresa is Australian, Nick is a Brit). Willow Smith Releases New Single ‘Sugar & Spice’

Willow Smith is getting deep with her latest single. Though the 12-year-old daughter of Will Smith is best known for her poppy single “Whip My Hair,” her latest tune is a slow tune called “Sugar & Spice.” The lyrics certainly have meaning, and it partially takes on bullying. In part of the song, you hear audio of people critquing her, and how she won’t let it get her down. Read some of the lyrics below:

Trolling in real life is always hilarious — for the people watching at least! In this video, YouTubers LAHWF take unsuspecting people and ask them simple questions. But little do these random people know, all they do is repeat everything they’re being told! It starts off in a park, then goes to a mall. At first, the random people just seem to think the person is repeating them for good measure, but they quickly catch on. James Franco and Ashley Benson Make Justin Bieber ‘Boyfriend’ Parody Video

Well, this certainly isn’t something you see everyday. James Franco and his Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson collaborated on yet another project, but this time it involves Justin Bieber — sort of. The two (who were rumored to be dating late last year) star in this home made video where James dresses as Justin, and lip syncs to his song “Boyfriend.” James posted the video on his WhoSay account, where Ashley joins him — as she sports a long, dark haired wig — as they make their own version the video on a very low budget. As James sings along, it looks like someone is flashing a pink light all over his face to recreate some type of club scene. We’re not really sure what we just watched, but it’s good to know that actors — just like us — get bored and make silly home videos. Check out the whole vid for yourself above!

Justin Bieber fans were very vocal on Twitter Monday afternoon, after photos of him allegedly smoking weed surfaced over the weekend. Justin fans reportedly began cutting themselves, and posting the graphic photos, with the trending hashtag “#cut4bieber” in attempt to get him to stop smoking.

Taking to Twitter to respond to the photos of him allegedly smoking, Justin said, ““Everyday growing and learning,” he continued,“Trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up.” However, fans seemed to take things a little too far with the alleged cutting photos. Teen started up the debate on our Facebook page, and got some really well thought out responses. We prompted readers to share their thoughts on the cutting photos, and here’s what some readers had to say:

Alyssa M. said: Teens cutting themselves will get Justin upset, he’s eighteen and can do what he wants. It’s not like he’s smoking pot every second of the day, it was one time.

Chelsea C. said: Self harm is a serious issue and what these “fans” are doing is messed up and they obviously need some serious mental attention

Hawls M. said: I don’t think that cutting means you’re pathetic but it does mean you need help. If you are cutting over Justin Bieber though, you honestly have no dignity. I agree that Bieber’s being kind of dumb but seriously how many celebrities do you know of that haven’t done that at least once? Not many. If you want his attention then egg his house or something, don’t hurt yourself for someone who could care less.
